• Provide report of data to management team using spreadsheets, charts and graphs

Mortgage Loan Counselor:

• Contact borrowers who are delinquent on mortgage payments

• Accept payment over the phone and provide friendly customer service

• Advise delinquent borrowers about modification options to lower their monthly payments

• Collect delinquent borrowers income and expense information to begin their modification

• Compute interest rate and payment amount borrowers qualify for based on their finances

• Restructure the loan with a lower interest rate to complete the modification process
