maintain all Policies and Processes related to Quality and EH&S. Drive

U.S. and international sites performing repair and refurbishment on whole

ATM's, Retail POS, and Teradata systems. Multi site facilities included 3

domestic along with 15 International. Implemented Continuous Improvement

and Lean strategies, set goals for the workgroup in Budgeting, Safety and

Compliance, Quality and Performance, Logistics, and Training. Negotiate

Service Level Agreements with Internal and External Suppliers. Recommend

policies and procedures to maintain the highest level of Customer

Satisfaction. Manage Revenue plan of $1.2M and a P&L of $10M.

. Reduced P&L Expense's 10% - 20% year over year using lean tools to reduce

Spare Parts Inventory, control salary and overtime.

. Led projects and cross functional teams, (typically made up of regional

and local managers from Supply Line Management, Logistics,

operations domestic and international.

. Led successful project chartered to start an operation in Montreal,

Canada. Project included initial facility identification, acquisitions of

customer inventory, development of processes for inventory control,

managed the warehouse and repair operations after completion.
