. Day to day Cash & Banking Function, Preparing Bank Reconciliation &

Laisioning with Bank. Correspond with Banks for daily routine work,

other Transactions & Bank Charges.

. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors and Creditors. Ensure timely Payment

to Vendors and reconcile their Accounts. & Bill Passing of Vendors,

Contactors, Vender Debit Notes, Vendor Reconciliation.

Excise

> Maintaining of the All Central Excise records (day to day maintain RG-

1, RG-23A & C).

> Timely Submit revenue figure & E-Filling ER-1 & ER-6 submit quarterly

and monthly basis to Excise department.

> Adjust Cenvat credit against Basic Excise Duty and Payment through

PLA.

> Carry out physical counting on fortnightly basis cross tally with

excise records.

> Availing and utilize Service Tax credit on Input distribution.

> Deposit of Service Tax on GTA and Submit Service Tax Return (ST-3)

to Excise Range office.

SALE TAX

Execute Sales Tax function smoothly all records for Sales Tax

purpose.

Calculate VAT & CST payable and deposit. Prepare vat-47, vat-49, vat-8,

and vat-7 for vat-return (VAT-10), preparing C Form Issue &

receivable.
