Lead Supervisor / Electronics Engineer
Managed repair, maintenance, and installation of all communication equipment in the U.S. Army MRAP as a contractor
in Afghanistan. Traveled to various bases and worked with a team of 35 on maintenance/repair work .
HIGHLIGHTS:
Integrated upgrades for up to 5,000 vehicles throughout tenure. Removed all communication
equipment and harnesses, analyzed schematics and drawings, forecasted and troubleshot issues, and dealt
with high-frequency radio equipment, fiber optics cabling, and satellite equipment.
Collaborated with the U.S. Army on vehicle projects. Achieved excellent results on highly time-
sensitive projects through individual and team leadership efforts.
IWON LLC – 2006-2011 (Department of Defense contractor)
Project Manager
Implemented and managed commercial, residential, and federal construction projects, ensuring fulfillm ent of time and
budget goals. Supervised employees throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinated subcontractor bids, conducted site
surveys, estimated material and labor costs, and executed subcontracts. Secured permits and ensured overall
compliance with ordinances and laws. Planned and developed designs in a joint effort with architectural specialists.
Documented MEP design/layout and maintained detailed electronic/hard copy records. Oversaw construction of 4
office spaces (5,000 to 20,000 sq. ft.) and managed 5 commercial properties.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Managed $350,000 construction of 2,800 sq. ft. waterfront home. Addressed challenges with
regulations and negotiations with the county due to property location. Requested and received variance on
the building permit from the Board of Appeals. Oversaw storm water management issues.
Led $160,000, 3-year project that involved disaster relief structures along the Caribbean (supplied
water and medical supplies). Directed construction of concrete facility to house medical supplies, water, and
other inventory (e.g. blankets).
Worked on SCIF Space project that represented a unique type of construction (building/rooms prevented
radio transmissions, HVAC system contained non-penetrating bars, and others).

Supervised architectural design team in $290,000 project at Camp Pendleton. Oversaw
performance base of contract for the largest VA facility in the U.S. Worked closely with financial analyst and
architect to ensure adherence with project timeline. Built positive relationships with customers.
Managed all phases of SCIF Construction. Supervised field employees and managed various trades,
including drywall, electrical, flooring, framing, and suspended ceiling.
- Scheduled and documented enhanced wall construction, STC 45 door installation (e quipped with
approved hardware), access control, and CCTV monitoring.
- Designed and applied single penetration utility and security systems entrance, duct penetration, and
layout that included man bars and access points. Utilized compliant fixed facility checklist, SIPH, DCID

Field Operations Manager
Supervised the full cycle of multiple new home residential projects with budgets from $50,000 to $2 million. Scope of
responsibility included scheduling projects, executing project plans, maintaining client relationships, and
establishing/monitoring quality, safety, and environmental compliance goals. Conducted weekly meetings with
architects and performance reviews of subcontractors and project team.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Led waterfront construction Planning Team of 20 individual townhomes ($250,000 to $500,000)
that met with opposition from the City of Brunswick. Provided feedback at meetings that addressed the City’s
concerns, including upgrades to meet height limits.

reviews, electrical schematics, and parking structures
- Worked with landscape designers, storm water management companies, city planners, and the
owners of BBI Builders to ensure project success.
DAVIS AND ADAMS CONSTRUCTION – 1999-2004 (Specializing in commercial construction)
Field Superintendent / Assistant Project Manager
Managed tenant improvement projects of up to 35,000 sq. ft., including demolition and rebuilding of commercial
properties. Planned and administered budgets of up to $2 million. Interacted with tenants, property owners,
architects, vendors, and subcontractors on various construction-related matters. Scheduled subcontractors, conducted
inspections and safety meetings, and reviewed design and retrofit of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. As
Superintendent, managed contractors, pulled permits, maintained documentation, and reviewed permits for accuracy.
