Foresters is replacing its Siebel system with CRM MS Dynamics to manage relationship with

m embers and producers. The main business areas that utilize the tool to manage its day to day

o perations are the Member, Producer Contact Centers and US Sales Desk. Additional business

a reas that heavily use Siebel also include Payment Administration, Membership, Certificate

A dministration and Claims. CRM MS Dynamics would be the primary owner of the contact information

o f Members and Producers. And the Information will be sourced to the CRM from the Mainframe

L egacy backend systems.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Developing of S ystem Integration Test Plan w hich dubs the End- to- End

t esting covering all the systems in the organization.

Extensively involved in the design review meetings as it was very critical to deliver the like to

l ike of Seibel System which is completely different platform and technology.

Developed the t est cases f or the batch and Real time interfaces (Web Services) and ensuring

t he coverage of all the transactions that are performed in the back office systems reflects in the

Used Soap UI tool to test the Web Services real time interfaces prior to Enterprise integration

Process - N ew Business Submission to PMS

The New Business Submission to PMS( Mainframe - Policy Management System ) project will

a ddress the need to improve the Broker’s current experience with submitting New Business

a pplication to The Dominion. The project supports ‘Ease of Doing Business’ goal to redesign the

N ew Business process by reducing the time to submit the New Business application to ‘same day’

p rocessing, provide error-free user friendly data entry system, reduce duplicates and rework /review

o f underwritten and issued policies.

R esponsibilities:

Extensively involved in requirement analysis and walkthrough to understand the Business and

Functional Requirements.

Conducted Data Mapping testing ensuring the data is populated in the correct fields of the

Mainframe PMS system for further processing of the New Business Submission

Responsible for developing the Master Test Plan and SIT Plan and Test Strategy document.

Developed Test Case – Requirements Traceability Matrix as per dominion standards, ensuring

the test coverage of the requirements.

Reviewed Test cases with the business and technical team by providing the walkthrough of
