• Repaired photomasks on tools that used laser, focused ion beam, SEM/electron beam,

and AFM/diamond tip.

• Wrote ISO9000 documentation and trained manufacturing technicians to SOPs, to insure

site compliance to quality standard.

• Wrote engineering change notices and collaborated with managers about effects to

manufacturing up and downstream from area being changed.

• Held monthly meetings with manufacturing technicians to communicate important

procedural changes and advance notice of important customer products.

• Used FMEA to eliminate failure mechanisms and 8D in solving problems to prevent

recurrence and updated process documentation.

• Worked on team that determined how to save up to $2400 a day in high-end inspection

tool time by creating an automated die to die setup program that reduced setup time from

30 minutes on a tool to 30 seconds on a computer.
