I am well rounded in the Maintenance field. I know plumbing, electric, heating units, A/C units, dry wall, painting, flooring and

tile work. I've done general Maintenance for 9 years now. I also have loaded and unloaded trucks and I knowwarehouse work.

Maintenance/Runner June 2004 to April 2008Pan American Hotel - Queens, N Y I was to make sure that every room in the

Hotel was up to standards and if there was a problem with anything i was to takecare of it from carpet issues to sinks and toilets

everything had to be up to standards for guest as well as my supervisor.

Maintenance/ Loader and Unloader November 2009 to September 2010Flexible Foam - Olyaphant, PaI was to fix all

machines that had problems and when they needed help unloading or loading trucks I was always there togive a helping hand.

Maintenance October 2008 to October 2009Great Wolf Lodge - Scotrun, PaI was to take care of any guest complaints and

fix everything that was not up to there standards. At this job I work onHVAC systems as well as pool pumps and made sure the

water park was always ready for operation. I did dry wall, wallpaper, painting and electric work on a daily basis.

Maintenance May 2010 to February 2011BreezeWood Acres - Newfoundland, PaAt this job I did a lot of underground water

lines. I maintained the roads and made sure that all comfort stations were upfor use. I was to make sure that this private

community was up to all property owners standards and if something was not Iwas to take care of it promptly.
