My Pastoral duties, numerous counseling sessions weekly, conducting weekly
services, organizing
team leaders, and organizing local community outreach. I was very active in the
community creating a
sense of cooperation between the church and other local organizations.
It was also my responsibility to oversee the renovation of the church facility
and organize volunteers,
while remaining on a VERY tight budget. The project was completed on
budget.
