PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Affinity Health Plan uses Facets systems to cater to their needs. Affinity

need to migrate the Facets version from 4.81 to 5.01 so as to accommodate

HIPAA 5010, ICD 10 coding system and HIX integration. The migration to the

higher version would result in subsequent impact on some of the reports,

interfaces and extensions due to the changes/ enhancements that has been

incorporated in the higher version 5.01.

Objective of the redemption/up gradation is to deliver a new health plan

that process all the emerging new business needs and improve the customer

experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Analyzing and Understanding Requirements and Design documents, rise

clarification and get the requirements clarified from Onsite

counterparts.

governments for their Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). MMIS
