4. I have also participated and volunteered in International Chef's day
2010 celebration by IFCA at the Rain Tree Hotel, Anna Salai, and
Chennai.
5. Participated in Ajinomoto and its facts Workshop and Vegetable carving
Workshop at our department of Hotel Management and Catering
Technology.
6. We also got the opportunity to meet Chef John Clancy, Chairman
WACS(World Association of Chef's Societies ) Education Committee &
Chef George Smith, lecturer from Dublin Institute of Technology,
Ireland during their visit to India for WACS Train the Trainer
Programmer.
7. I went to volunteer SICA (south Indian culinary association)
competition in Chennai trade centre on 23/08/2012 to 25/08/2012. I
assisted Mr. John Sloane president of F&B department in Macau. He was
the judge for SICA competition.
About INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE TRAINING (IET) 2012
I completed my IET training in Hyatt Regency Chennai. My training period
was from (Feb-27th to June 16th 2012). I did multiple
departments like
1.) Front office (period worked 6 weeks)
2.) Food & Beverage (period worked 2 weeks)
3.) Food Production (period worked 2 weeks)
4.) House Keeping (period worked 2 weeks)
5.) Learning and Development (period worked 1 weeks)

I under stood many technical things in the industry. The experience was
very good which I had during this training period.
