June 2001-Present, Private Practice, Advise and represent individual

matters
ranging from commercial and civil litigation, real property law
and creditor in
bankruptcy to commercial contracts and wills and trusts.

law issues, commercial law actions, commercial and consumer litigation

- Negotiated and wrote multi-million dollar contracts, including vendor
contracts for computer hardware and software and third party originator

- Advised bank officers at all management levels on legal issues

Bank regulatory practice, contracts, UCC and transactional law.
- Actively litigated civil actions including commercial and consumer loan
foreclosures,
Mechanic lien, quiet title and federal drug seizure actions.
- Worked with the Commercial Workout Department to restructure commercial
debts,
in the process writing and negotiating new agreements with customers or
their counsel.
- Provided legal support to branches on vendor contracts, service
contracts and questions
concerning negotiable instruments.
- Negotiated contracts for the bulk purchase and sale of whole loan
mortgages and/or
servicing rights, including a 2.2 billion dollar purchase marking the
bank's entry into
this field of operations.
