Reliability Upgrade Pipeline Number Five. A $54,000,000 SFPUC Project in Redwood City Ca.
Responsibilities Include: Daily inspections a nd reports regarding Quality and Safety
Clearly communicate quality and safety r equirements to construction for eman and crew and to all
s ubcontractors prior to construction .
I nsure the accomplishment of the quality of work as completed .
Receive and i nspect all materials to be used on projects.
Coordinate testing and inspections and provide accurate documentation of all results.
Coordinates QC meetings, job quality walk, and perform audits of operation procedures.
Confirm compliance with project quali ty control plan.
Report to PM and Project Owner any pertinent information concerning any Quality issues
Authority to stop work due to deficiencies, or unsafe conditions.
Maintain all quality related i .e., materials, equipment, deficiencies, concrete, A/C, etc.
Oversee company safety related field inspections and programs as necessary
Compile MSDS files; Enforce company job specific safety program

I n 2008 Harber Company was acquired by Mountain Cascade Inc., at which point I was named
Contractors QC Manager/Safety Officer for Clark County Department of Aviation projects
2 330 Burnham Power Project, and 2331 Frank Sinatra Power Project, with a combined value in
Excess of $18,000,000. This title came with the responsibilities listed above in addition to the
duties of Superintendent. This was a challenging project. I had many responsibilities . Crews
worked day and night installing 15 six inch electrical conduits in an 11.5’ wide 10’ deep trench .
Scheduling was Key, as this work was located in the middle of the busiest streets of Las Vegas,
ending at Terminal 3 at McCarran Intl. Airport. After restoration efforts we had an eleven item
punch list. Unheard of. On Time Under Budget. Yes, I a m taking credit for that. Ask Anyone.
