. Provide technical guidance to ConocoPhillips Indonesia BU (COPI) to

ensure all rotating equipment is operating reliably to meet or exceed

production goal. Rotating Engineering Engineer acts as technical

authority to ensure all rotating equipment runs reliably.

. Review and approve rotating equipment design specifications and

deviations within COPI.

. Provide input and quality check assurance for maintenance strategy,

planning and execution

. Support development of rotating equipment performance monitoring and

facilitate improvement to be "best in class"

. Building national engineer bench-strength in rotating engineer

deciplines including technical competency review and assessment, and

provide line management with development plan.

. Provide technical guidance during commissioning, start up,

preservation, etc

. Provide advisory role for developing long term planning for rotating
