CAREER I have over 16 years of experience in a high volume retail pharmacy. I am dedicated to
providing my patients with the best customer service I can offer. I always place the needs of the

patient first, whether it is an older patient confused about their medicines and when to take them,
or a frazzled mom needing advice about how to treat her child’s fever. I am efficient and
accurate. I am also able to stay focused and calm when the surroundings around me are hectic. I
am willing and eager to expand my skills by trying something different. I believe these
attributes and my other skills will be of great benefit to your pharmacy.
I have many years of experience in pharmacy. I am a self-starter. I do not need to be told what

to do, if I see a task that needs help, I help out. I do not wait at the counter while technicians are

backed up in filling. As a pharmacy manager for 12 years, I gained experience in supply and
medication inventory management. You cannot serve patients if you do not have the medication
they need. I have a strong commitment to quality assurance and patient consultation. It does no
good to give the patient medicine that is out dated or they don’t know how to take it. I have
knowledge of HIPAA regulations and responsibilities. I have a high accuracy rate in filling and
dispensing prescriptions. While checking the prescriptions, I look for and try to resolve any
drug interactions. I am certified to give Patient Immunizations and have CPR training.
