Executive Strengths

. Mold Development:

o Interacting with customers and suppliers in line for development

of tool.

o Collection of CAD data and it control, Part and Raw material

evaluation as per customer's standard and specification, cost

estimation and RFQ preparation

o Controlled issue of CAD data to design, continuous follow up

with tooling for meeting customer's time line, conducting mold

trials and submission of parts.

o Control and issue of ECN data to design and provide feedback to

customer for feasibility and implementation of ECN.

o Standardization of mold as per customer's standard and

specification sheet.

o Evaluation and inspection of mold as per standard, providing

technical support for the product as feasible with the given

lead time.

o Trial conduction and control of process parameters over

injection molding machine to get the requisite part quality.

o Experience in operation of Injection Molding Machine, setting

parameters and its adjustment to get the quality parts.

o Part evaluation and validation after trial and submission to

customer for review and feedback.

o Suggesting corrective action and making plan after consulting

the design and tooling.

. Sourcing & Maintenance:

o Development of new tool makers abroad for jobs which have to be

offloaded.

o Providing necessary technical support to suppliers for offloaded

tools and continuous follow up to meet the time line.

o Development of suppliers for standardization of mold parts like

round parts, hydraulic connectors, cooling connectors,

electrical connectors, hot runners system, limit switches and

shot counters etc.

o Planning for spare parts and its control.

o Development of mold's child parts and standard parts like Lifter

Housing, Finger Cams, Parting Locks, Guide Bushes, Guide

Pillars, Ejector Rod etc

o Maintenance planning (die welding, die matching, die coating,

heat treatment, stress relieving) and its implementation with

optimized utilization of resources along with proper

documentation.

o Conducting trial after maintenance and inspection of trial

parts.

o Validation of mold after successful trial and inspection of

part.

Achievements

1. Got 6 month over sea training in malayasia from juken

2 Involved in development team for developing I.P and bumper mold

(YP8) in japan

from maruti.

3. Got best award for outstanding performance in Delphi.
