Managing, leading, and developing manufacturing engineering and

facilities in the Organization. Directing the function of new product

introduction, cost reduction planning, methods, QMS compliance, quality

assurance and capacity maintenance for protective armor for the military.

Managing a maintenance department in maintaining capitol equipment and
