JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the complete English Department. Regular faculty meetings
are conducted with frequent workshops. Lesson Plans and notes are checked.
Observation of classes are done with reference to the department.
As an academic coordinator I am responsible for teachers activities from
class 6 to 10. Monthly Log sheets, discipline of students, regular
absentees, question papers check, note books checking are monitored.
Frequent meetings with parents, check on slow learners, daily planners,
almanac planning, school magazine, regular reports in TOI are taken care
of. Apart from this constant planning for Olympiads and other inter school
competitions are taken care of.
