plans that support on-going cost reduction, efficiency improvements, quality enhancement and safety strategies.

focusing on value-added activities, low cost and high efficiency operations for an annual savings of $10 MM.
Applies continuous improvement, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices to Nestle factories.

the Engineering, Maintenance and Operations Department Teams.
Facilitates corporate engineering and plant management cross-functional teams to develop priorities to ensure
