Operations Officer leading the planning, execution, conceptualization, and product management of intelligence operations
with a mission of National Command Authority (NCA) directed, no-notice, world-wide contingency operations. Lead
planner and facilitator of processes regarding the oversight, coordination, de-confliction, and synchronization of various
analytical teams in a cross-functional environment in excess of 50x personnel each. Managing, coordinating, and
planning efforts of three departments within a 1,000 + person headquarters to synchronize financial resources, available
hardware, and people. Developing standard operating procedures covering aspects of embedded intelligence and database
systems, planning teams, and functional areas within an organization of 250 people to facilitate product lifecycle and
constantly drive change management. Manages databases to include SharePoint and other Cloud software, enhance
collaboration with teams in a matrix environment.
• Empowered, mentored, and developed five subordinate managers; building leaders and increasing productivity
and organizational accomplishment.
• Developing and executing accounting plans for funding projects with expanded budgets, as well as daily office
operations in excess of $100,000.00 a month.
• Coordinating with external organizations to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence and operations
support in order to enhance interoperability across multiple headquarters toward common goals.
• Awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal while deployed during Operation New Dawn (Iraq) for

Intelligence Officer (1-22 Infantry, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, TX) March 2005
to June 2009
Battalion Intelligence Officer for a 932x person organization; led through training, maintaining discipline, health, morale,
and welfare of eight managers and analysts. Planned, coordinated, and supervised intelligence and security operations
within the organization to assist senior leaders in planning while managing lifecycle of intelligence products. Collaborated
with other Department of Defense entities to share and streamline intelligence, enhancing the ability to accomplish mutual
missions and objectives, within truncated timelines and limited resources. Managed ArcGis, TIGRNET, Analyst
Notebook II, and CIDNE databases for the battalion, as well as leveraging geospatial products to assist in visualizing the
battle space for commanders and Soldiers.
• Established organizational systems based on tenets of Lean Six Sigma to facilitate the daily production
of intelligence reports/estimates, ensuring all customers received accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence.
Through these techniques, we distributed over 13,450 reports and products for consumption, maintaining the
highest standards within the intelligence community.
• Total quality manager; promoted four junior employees ahead of peers in other sections based on
leadership skill, willingness to succeed, and contributions to the organization.
• Maintained accountability for all section equipment with no loss or damage, including two tours to Iraq,
valued in excess of $5,000,000.00.
