o Maintenance of 8x500KVA D.G's, 1x725KVA D.G Manual start with Auto

Synchronous, Auto sharing and supplying power to whole site un-

interruptedly.

o Maintaining the POWER SUPPLY as per the site requirement.

o Proficient in Clearing of faults in whole site area immediately, when

the fault was arises.

o Proficient in maintaining of Power supply i.e., 3.8MWatts as per the

site requirement un-interruptedly.

o Proficient in wiring of Electrical Equipments like Batching Plants,

Concrete cooling systems like Water chilling plants, Ice plants etc

o Proficient in clearing of faults in H6N, H3N Batching plants and 314TR

Water chilling plants and 150 TPD Ice plants.

o Erection and Commissioning of Synchronizing and Distribution panels.

o Proficient in clearance of faults in Synchronizing Panel and in

distribution panel also.

o Erection, Commissioning and Calibration of H6N batching plant, H3N

batching plant, chilling plants and ice plants.

o Maintenance of all Electrical (Preventive & shutdown) equipments,

Preparation of trip analysis of plants, failure analysis of Electrical

equipments.

o Involved in Electrical and instrumentation equipment erection.

o Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance of H6N,H3N batching plants,314TR

chilling plants,150TPD ice plants,70TR&20TR chilling plants and 90TPD

ice plant.

o Project management, planning & control all site activities.

o Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Equipments Handled:

> Trail checks for all electrical equipment's for safety interlocks &

sequence circuits.

> Maintenance of LT Motors & Breakers(SF6 and AIR)

> Calibration and maintenance of weigh feeders (tachometer & load cell),

thermocouple, RTD's, level sensors, control valve, flow meter.

> Erection, testing and commissioning of LT Panel Boards & Motors.

> Major Electrical Equipments like Breakers Up to 6300 amps, Motors Up to

350 KW.

o Excellent communication and organization skills.

o Had good knowledge in clearing the faults in D.G sets, synchronizing

panel and Distribution panels.

o Able to work together with other engineers and individuals to solve

and define the development problems.

o Self-motivated and a quick learner.

o Proficient with Operating systems like WINDOWS 98, 2000, XP, VISTA and

WINDOWS 7.
