Hoku is a startup poly Silicon Company based in Pocatello Idaho. As the

director of operations I am Involved in process design working with the

engineering firms to ensure the design

policies, and the

Plant emergency response plan. I wrote commissioning plan, scoped P&ID's

for commissioning, and commissioning check sheets for the chemical area. I

interviewed and hired operators to run the plant. Assisted in training the
