original hospital structure to become additional support/clinical locations; 220 complete patient

rooms renovation/ Clinical Support upgrade function, within fully occupied patient towers of the

main 320 bed Hospital campus; Constructed new24 bed LDRP Maternal Center contiguous to

Hospital; Design/Planned/Coordinated, and built total of 32 new specialized rooms, with

integrated support suites, for an Ortho/Joint Replacement & Spine Center of Excellence (total

floor renovation); built CyberKnife Vault and installed Cyber Knife device, within existing

Cancer Care center. DA VINCI ROBOT OR build out; Refurbished/Renovated existing

Emergency Room Care Center (ECC) area to provide faster patient flow zones and more Triage

and treatment spaces; Design/planned and constructed new Infusion Center treatment bays, with

addition of new Linear Accelerator/vault; Complete Gut/Rehab of a 200 bed Long Term Care

multi-buildings campus complex, contiguous to the hospital, bringing it to current CMS standards

and restoring profitable operations. Design/build Simulation Lab facility (near campus) for state-

of-art current training of all clinical personnel, utilizing computerized mannequin based

protocols. ASHE National Training/Certification for Healthcare Construction to avoid Hospital

Acquired Illnesses (HAI), and prevent Infectious Disease during/after construction. Overall

Project successes, budget enhancements, and construction coordination improvements in RFPs;

Contracts formulation and review; Architect/Contractors selections; RFIs; Budgets/Estimates;

Project Scheduling; Project Leadership/ Management over Contractors, Vendors, Engineers, and

support Staff; HAZMAT coordinator for Hospital Environment of Care (EOC), including

Pharmacy Clean Mixing rooms and Laboratory hazardous materials/waste. Interim Facility

Successful outcomes and improvement in organization of construction projects, scheduling,

negotiation with vendors/subs, final management of construction (inclusive of commissioning,

warranty and close-out), and improved P&L outcomes. Inter-faced daily, on many multiple

structures (Johns Creek, MuraBella, Hickory Village, Spring Pointe), to handle pre-construction

concepts; interaction with stakeholders/customers/design professionals; Management of all

Construction sub-contractors, and substantially improved the timeliness of completion and quality

of construction process. Personnel and sub-contractor management, improved inspections

passage rate, and increased ultimate profitability on all in-work projects. Continuously
