design, pre-contract bidding, scheduling of Subcontractors, materials purchasing and equipment.

Work closely with Subcontractors and Material suppliers to insure they meet there scheduled

time lines and their work meets with the specs provided.

Coordinated large and small site development and DOT projects from the clearing to lake

excavation and land balancing, site utilities and the final road construction. Intuitive and creative

ability by putting together alternative ways of making projects run smoothly and efficiently.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE:

Oversee Bidding and estimating site development projects in order to obtain contracts.

Responsible for all field operations: Managing employees, directing all aspects of project,

maintain relationships with customer and project managers, ensuring that projects are completed

timely and to the satisfaction of customers.

Lee-Mar, Fort Myers, FL 2004-2006

Supervised all site work, underground utilities, and paving of major DOT roadways at the AVE

Maria project. And supervised all site work, underground utilities, and paving of major DOT

roadways at the Sandoval development in Cape Coral. Supervised all site work, underground

utilities, and paving of major DOT roadways at Orange Blossom Ranch, Golden Gate Estates.

Delivered projects on time for the General Contractors to start the construction of home building.

Responsible for the scheduling of materials, subcontractors, and ensuring that they meet their

scheduled times.

their tasks in a timely matter.

Forman - Supervisor

John Carlo Companies, Fort Myers, FL 2003-2004

Supervised the construction of the runway and taxi ways and building pad from the

clearing, underground utilities, earth work and base rock for the new terminal of the Fort

Myers airport. Supervised the construction of Tree Line Rd extension and Rattle Snake

Hammock from the clearing, underground utilities, earth work, and placement of base

rock to DOT specks. Also coordinated with paving and concrete subcontractors,

delegating daily responsibilities to the foreman under my supervision, and worked in a

timely matter, to execute the tasks at hand on a tight timeline.

Organized and managed responsibilities of excavation crew, utility crew, and road crew.

Worked on many projects 26 Mile Rd, Fred More Hwy, and County Line Rd. Performing

all the clearing and grubbing, underground utilities, earth work, and base rock placement

and finishing to DOT specks. Supervised all concrete and asphalt subcontractors insuring

they meet the tight time lines set forth by the General Contractor. Detail-oriented

contractor that knows all the aspects of how to complete a site project on time and within

budget.

Sold company in Michigan to move to Florida to go after Florida’s expanding work

environments.
