Beginning in the Quality department through a temp service, Hired through
Masterack December 2008, promoted to Quality Technician, Assistant Supervisor
Duties; Quality inspection, Revision of SOP’s, Continuous Improvement, Planning &
Scheduling, Training, Assisting Superintendent, Efficiency evaluations, Customer
Performance Reviews etc.

General Mills Manufacturing Technician
Duties: Perform daily efficiency of all equipment and product flow while keeping the
highest quality produced by General mills, by managing, training and directing other
technicians through GMP. Responsibility for all equipment PM’s and troubleshooting
throughout operations. Daily and hourly reporting of quality, and performance of
equipment. Writing and performing all work orders on equipment. Rebuilding pumps,
motors and other equipment. All sanitation in every aspect of production within
finishing and other areas. Sanitation inspections of equipment and areas. CIP of all
equipment in changeovers and in daily use. Chemical analytical set up and testing of
all products. Implementing new and revised ideas for Continuous Improvement
throughout the company to become more time efficient and reduce waste as well as
cost in production of our products. Evaluation of technicians and self on performance
and ability to perform in a manner that is conducive to the expectations of a standard

Duties: Inspection of all fabricated and welded parts for assembly, daily and weekly audits of
department efficiency, first and last piece inspection audits, also assembly audits to insure
departments are following procedures for the production of Snapper products. Daily deviant
material reports. Produce new and updated inspection plans. Calibration of all inspection
tools.

Duties: Sort mail for delivery by assembling mail for route; sorting according to address,
packing for delivery, deliver mail by following route to addresses in a timely manner, placing
mail in boxes or designated locations, obtaining required signatures, obtain revenue by
collecting charges. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and

Duties: Work closely with other department supervisors as well as plant manager to insure
the quality of our product being manufactured in the Conyers location within a cost efficient
and timely manner. Conduct quality assurance audits of internal systems, projects, vendors
and subcontractors. Input data for all defects also audit and communicate issues to other
department supervisors. Conduct first article inspection on all products and provide
feedback.. In depth hourly and daily quality reports. Inspection of all manufactured products
within M.N.I.3 produced for Hewlet Packard. Inspections and reports of all received products
(coil rolled steel, resin pellets, sub assembled products), quality inspection throughout all
production (formed metal, pressed metal, subassembly, injection molding, complete
assembly and inspection of packaging for shipping. Inspection of all reworked products. All
physical dimensions held at a tolerance of 0.1 to 0.3 mm from blueprints. CMM operation
and programming.

Duties: Direct and coordinate activities concerning production of company products,
utilizing knowledge of equipment technology, production methods and procedures and
capabilities of machines and equipment. Confer with management personnel to establish
production and quality control standards, obtain data regarding types, quantities,
specifications and delivery dates of products ordered, planes and directs production activities
and establishes production priorities for products in keeping efficient operations. Coordinate
production activities with procurement, maintenance and quality control activities to obtain
optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment. Revise
production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems.
Consult with engineering personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in
order to improve production and quality of products. The CNC programming for all
manufactured pieces on this project.

Lithonia Lighting CNC Technician/ Programmer Power Press Set up Operator
Duties: (cnc) Daily production reports, hourly quality reports, quality inspection staying
within a tolerance of +/ 0.005, blueprint reading, CNC programming for all parts produced,
development of newest production pieces. Work closely with Research and Development to
obtain new ideas for additional assembly products. Complete quality assurance, CNC
programming, equipment maintenance, forklift operation and material handling.
Duties: (power press set up operator/fill in supervisor) The set up metal and aluminum fabricating machines; (break
presses, punch presses, bending and straightening machines) to produce parts to layout, work order blueprints and
templates. Position, align and bolt dies, blades, bedplates, cushion pin and stops, using shims and measuring tools
such as square, straightedges, rules, micrometers, gauges, feelers, templates and hand tools. Adjust flow of
lubricants, pressure and depth of stroke, and feed of material, applying knowledge for metal thickness and properties
of material according to specifications of blueprints. Make trial runs and measure work piece for conformance to
specification. Training other employees to operate and trouble shoot products and equipment. Work closely with
others to accomplish corporate goals. Work with other department supervisors to implement total quality assurance
throughout production of all parts and materials with minimal waste.
