b) Planning & execution of preventive/ predictive maintenance of all
equipment's & motors as per ISO 9001-2008.
c) Handling the shifts individually & Involve in the troubleshooting of
all problems in the 25MW & 70MW power plant & also in 2x60TPH WHRB.
d) Scheduled & unscheduled shutdown planning.
e) Material Indents & follow up.
f) Maintaining spares of all equipment's & machines.
g) Interaction & Co-ordinating with suppliers for breakdown maintenance,
PM, spare parts.
h) Self involvement in mechanical and turbine activities.
i) Self involvement in 2x70MW Power plant project activities.
j) Relay settings for Alternator, Transformer and outgoing
Feeder's Etc.
k) Familiar with Generator & KPTCL Grid synchronization scheme, Island
mode & its related protection system.
