As an the Lead Aseptic Training Specialist, I manage, supervise and train aseptic techniques to approximately 350 employees’ daily, which is vital to product quality and our company’s success. Employees are trained and monitored daily, thus enabling improvements and advancements to be implemented when needed. Annual micro-sampling/gowning is conducted to ensure technique is aseptic in ISO5- ISO9 area, according to the GMP/SOP guidelines. Working in the training department, monitoring personnel, teaching aseptic technique and evaluating understanding of aseptic technique ensures quality and product safety, the first time around.
