. Carrier Contracts

. Saved $3.5MM in first year due to better rates and efficiency gain by

providing back hauls and reduction of empty miles.

. Manage cross border shipments to/from Mexico, Canada and the US for

Full Truck Load, LTL and Intermodal.

. Establish performance metrics with Regional Transportation Managers.

o Day/time definite delivers to Local Delivery Companies (LDC) and

UPS operation to improve on time performance from 95% to 98.5%

on time delivery.

. Multiple DCs network including Celaya, MX, Montreal, CN, Morton Grove

IL, Niles, IL, Zanesville, OH, Pasadena, CA, Rancho Cucamonga, CA,

Secaucus, NJ + 35 vendors and vendor locations.

to consolidate shipping and reduce LTL transportation costs by fully

utilizing regional consolidation points for shipment within the US and
