• June 2013 – present – promoted to Production Manager/Plant Manager trainee at the Mountain Top
PA Plant, was requested for this position - responsible for 3 shift managers, one sanitation manager,
9 production supervisors, and 300+ hourly associates - Under the direction of the Plant Manager,
coordinate all production activities in the Production Departments. Develop, implement, and enforce
procedures for continuous improvement in productivity, quality, sanitation, safety, service to sales,
and employee relations. Be the backup for the Plant Manager and learn those related responsibilities.
With the assistance of receiving department, Purchasing department and the Production Scheduler,
ensure the availability of raw material, and packaging material for the department. Review
productivity results daily by shift (Efficiency, LBS/MHR, Yield, and Waste). Enforce compliance to
regulatory agencies. Monitor adherence to GMP’s. Enforce compliance with AIB consolidated
standards. Serve as an active member of the Food Safety Committee. Develop and implement
procedures for employees to minimize and/or eliminate work related injuries. Ensure 100% on-time
deliveries of all orders daily. Investigate shortages and develop corrective action together with
Customer Service and Warehouse departments. Maintain a good working environment for all
employees.
• June 2012 – June 2013 – promoted to Maintenance Operations Manager (Corporate Position reporting to the
VP of Manufacturing)) – The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible of providing support, training, and
coaching with regard to plant and equipment maintenance, quality, food safety performance, and training of new Plant
Engineers and Maintenance Managers for 21 USA based plants. Responsible for Brownfield and/or Greenfield
projects at plant levels.
• Aug 2011 – June 2012 - Maintenance Manger Goldsboro Plant - Supervise a team of one
maintenance supervisor, one store room clerk, and 9 electro-mechanics
• Lead/train Maintenance department in HACCP program, AIB/BRC inspections, and Food
Safety Audits
• Responsible for all site environmental and safety programs – TIER 2, storm water, waste
water, state vessel inspection, etc..
• Responsible for maintaining fire system for the entire plant to include PM’s on site fire
hydrants, PIV, automatic sprinkler system (dry type for cold storage), and fire control panel
• Responsible for site recycling program – Waste Management – White paper, plastic,

90 ton TRANE HVAC units, 2 AERCO hot water boilers, one HOWE process water chiller, two
75HP SULLAIR air compressors, 2 SULLAIR Air dryers, 2 backflow preventers, etc..

2008-2011- ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR, SAINT-GOBAIN

• Safety – Zero lost time and recordable accidents in the maintenance department since
March 2008
• Responsible for maintaining a $10,000/day plant operating budget with other departments
to include store room parts and normal labor hours not to exceed 20% overtime per week – since
hired, have never been over on the normal labor hour budget as well as overtime
• Reduced an average of $10,000 per month worth of slow moving/obsolete spare parts in
the store room for 2009
• Reduced contractor contract spending by $13,000 for the year in performing
thermography, some high voltage switchgear PM tasks, and some air compressor/vacuum pump

• Assist Plant Engineer in maintaining compliance on all safety/HAZCOM/environmental
program/permits to include, air – Title V, wastewater pre-treatment permit, storm water permit,
Tier 2 annual accounting of chemicals, toxic release inventory (TRI), hazardous waste
accounting, RCRA (haz waste) training/record keeping, OSHA – 29CFR (roughly 30 programs)
• Supervise a team of 13 maintenance/ utility technicians in a Union environment

scheduling and maintaining all site low/medium voltage switchgear, high voltage transformers,

mechanical and electrical issues according to product impact throughout shift. Monitored
projects and availability of parts and manpower for upcoming PM’s and shutdowns. Maintains,
operates and controls all AC/DC motors, AC/DC drives, and Allen Bradley PLC’s. This includes
troubleshooting all electrical systems. Installs various electrical components to include
photoeyes, prox switches, and other electrical controls and measuring devices. Other skills are
welding, metal fabricating and use of cutting torch.

• Responsible for supervising a shop of eight personnel. Responsible for all maintenance
on assigned generators. Operate and maintain several MEP generators ranging from 5KW to
