Objective: To seek a permanent or contract position as a Lead Project Planner / Scheduler with a

progressive company where my experience will add value to operations.

Summary of qualifications and Competencies:

Ten years working experience in various transmission and distribution

construction services including, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control and

finance procedures

Sound knowledge of Power Transmission-Distribution Systems and Substations

Sound knowledge of infrastructure and utility projects including water, sewage,

gas, road, rehab, retrofit, street lighting and underground cabling

Ability to prepare feasibility studies and project work breakdown structures to

create different classes of estimate from Budgetary to Accurate Estimate within 10%

Understanding of electrical engineering principles and methodologies including

protection / teleprotection, and civil requirements such as grading and site preparation

Assist in scope change control, analyze critical risk areas, identifying critical path,

taking corrective actions and maintaining management database

Familiar with all phases of a project including Front End Planning, engineering,

support and project close out (As Built)

Monitor service providers’ performance and negotiate with stakeholders and

customer

Prepare S-Curve and comprehensive report writing including project performance

reporting, executive reporting and business documentation with excellent oral and

written communication skills

Expertise in the use of project management software tools including SAP Project

System, Primavera (P3e, P6) and MS Project

Practical knowledge of CPM, CCPM and Event Chain methodologies with

emphasis on Earn Value System, Resource Assignment and Leveling

Demonstrated ability to learn/share skills and knowledge with others, taking

initiatives, resolving issues, as well as a high degree of interpersonal and customer

Review project plan with design and production engineering, construction and

project management to evaluate requirements for running parallel provincial projects

Closely monitored various lines of businesses for their commitment to

Compare estimate with budget assigned in SAP, assist in preparing cash flow

report and processing Variance Control Notices (VCN)
