IT Manager/Regional IT Manager - Lead
Direct the strategic planning, integration and maintenance of Information Systems in the West Coast area for this
Fortune 100 company. Provide leadership and framework to actively identify IT needs for all regional departments,
offices and retail locations. Supervise and lead IT staff in application development, IT support, server design and
implementation, and network assimilation. Mentor and manage new market IT staff to ensure that company standards
and policies are adhered to. Directly responsible for budget exceeding $6M annually.
Lead the complete design and implementation of regional Information Technology infrastructure build to
include optimization of WAN connectivity, Server deployment and Data Center construction for the
company's largest market in Los Angeles.
Supervised the development and deployment of custom regional intranet which included inventory, sales

Systems Engineer/IT Manager
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction in all aspects of technology for the fourth largest chemical distributor in
the United States. Information Technology unit supported more than 400 users in twelve offices throughout the
western United States and Beijing, China. Department included project management, development, infrastructure
(LAN/WAN/Servers), telecommunications, desktop/help desk support and technology training. Managed twelve
employees and numerous contractors.
Designed, implemented and supported complete infrastructure systems, including inter-office
connectivity and WAN solutions.
Developed, tested and installed Nortel option 11c telephone system in Corporate headquarters.
Lead successful enterprise wide Active Directory migration and implementation of core servers;
