Truss Designer / Material Specialist
Truss designer for Maronda Homes and also designed for Ryland Homes at
this time. I also put in place a material takeoff procedure for
Maronda's homes. This enabled Maronda System's to show where and how
materials were used in order to run a cost effective inventory. Started
with 10 to 15 homes and eventually worked up to 50 to 80 homes with 3 to
4 elevation per home.

Foreman of the Truss Department - supervised 16 + employees for the Saw
Line, Truss Fabrication and Shipping Preparations.
. Estimating materials needed for rough and trim shipments and creating
a summary of material requirements for all phases of construction.
