“Implementation of SCADA using GPRS for industrial monitoring and controlling”

Project Description:

The SCADA technology is such that it operates from the control room with GPRS connectivity.The

parameters such as smoke, fire, temperature, water can be monitored if abnormal condition is reached

and the MC sends message to the control room unit where further action is taken to achieve safety.

These systems are of great significance where human control is impractical and it monitors an entire

system in real time. This user friendly technology is used in industries like manufacturing, production,

power generation, fabrication and refining.
