Hello. My name is Scott Felz. I am seeking employment in the midstream gas processing and pipeline

segment of the industry. I have many years of experience in cryogenic plant gas processing as well as

pipeline operations and compression. My processing knowledge is extensive. I have a very good

understanding of the regulatory side of these operations as well as CFR 192-195, DOT Regulations on

pipeline, compliance, PHMSA compliance etc. My experience includes the safe and efficient operation

of cryogenic expander plants, all engine/compression, pumps, fans, vessels, controls, valves and the

required maintenance associated with this type of equipment. I have thorough knowledge of plant

recovery processes, fractionation, refridgeration and understand ngl components as they apply to

contract quality. Dehydration, both mol sieve and glycol, separation, exchange, etc. are all areas of

operations I have extensive knowledge of. I am very a familiar with DCS/PLC systems. I am proficient

taking samples as well as understanding this analysis and how it relates to plant balances and

recoveries. I have supervision/management experience but enjoy the role of a lead operator type

position as well. I am 52 years young and in a favorable position to relocate under the right

Began as an entry level Plt. Operator and continued to "Operator III". Performed all duties required

to safely and effciently operate various cryo/expander plants and all associated equipment.

I am a high school graduate with some college. I am OQ’in normal and abnormal operating conditions,

and control room operations. I am proficient and understand PSM,

SPCC, ERP, etc. I am experienced in preparing AFE’s maintaining budgets and cost/benefit
