Manage biographical information in the alumni/development database (Over
350,000 records) Providing guidance to staff on gift processing policies
and procedures. Manage all programs related to the database enhancement
and integrity of the system. Interact with campus development and academic
staff to answer all biographic and demographic questions. Manage all
processes for coordinating biographical maintenance with Records and Gift
Processing staff. Oversee and analyze all loads of data into the
Advancement system. Manage all data roles from external systems to Advance
including, but not limited to student, parents, prospect tracking and
membership training for various development staff as needed. Maintain
accurate and up to date policies and procedures manual for biographical and
prospect tracking modules.

using Alumni Finder, HEP, obituary registry and many other third party

Phonathon Center: Manage and oversee phonathon calling center, created all
crosswalk with on-line community for phonathon tables for
fundraising/friend raising campaign solicitations. Hired and trained all
students on troubleshooting and answering constituent questions.
Personal Milestones: Developed policies and procedures for requesting
queries, lists and other reports to be extracted from database; Developed
and managed a comprehensive reporting system for fund-raising and friend
raising programs (in conjunction with staff); Developed and implemented
guidelines for how information is entered into the database in the form of
a Data Entry Integrity Manual; Researched and recommended to IT department
