• Did morning exercises
• Went to water separator area and turned on the propane, oxygen and purge tanks
• Check to see if tanks needed filling and go fill them if needed
• Inspected overhead cranes
• Checked supplies of B-cup and Bag-28 braze rods
• Checked schedule to see what separators were needed for that day
• Put correct size of separator on stand for brazing
• Started brazing sleeves on water separators
• At end of shift, turn of and drain propane, oxygen and purge tanks
• Sweep and clean up area
01/10 – 07/10 Western Power Sports, Memphis, Tennessee
• Started all computers in the shipping/checking/packing areas
• Put together a large box for all UPS envelopes that are being shipped
• Start shipping all packages via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or International
• Enter all information into the computer to make a shipping label and print out an invoice to be put into the box or label
• Put the shipped boxes on pallets according to how they are being shipped
• At the end of the day, ran a manifest for all shipping activities
11/09 – 01/10 P S C Staffing, Memphis, Tennessee
• Started computer in checking area
• Took tote from conveyor and retrieved picking invoice
• Checked that all items on invoice were there
• Scanned all bars codes on the ordered items using a scanner and made a packing label
• Put tote back on conveyor line and send down to the packers
• If all caught up, go help pack and then send boxes or envelopes to shippers
04/06 – 10/08 Cordova Concrete, Memphis, Tennessee
• Did pre-trip inspection prior to driving
• Drove truck to President’s Island
• Climbed on top of tank and opened loading hatch
• Waited in line to be loaded
• After being loaded, signed bill of lading
• Drove to assigned plant to empty trailer
• Hooked plant and blower hoses up to trailer
• Empties cement up into silo
• At the end of the day, had all trip reports and bill of lading ready to be turned in to office along with logbook sheet
• Fueled truck
• Did a post trip inspection
• Turned in any mechanical problems to the shop
04/05 – 05/06 Wal-Mart, Southaven, Mississippi
• Attended pre-shift meeting
• Picked up money bag and drawer if cashiering; if not go to assigned area to start stocking shelves with the products of that area
• Stock shelves with products rotating if necessary until all pallets were empty
• Clean up area at end of shift and take empty boxes to the crusher and trash to the compactor
• If cashiering – check people out as quickly as possible with accuracy, making change when needed
• Bag purchased items as they were scanned
• At end of shift, restock bags and clean area and turn in unwanted items so they could be restocked
• Run a register scan and then count money to make sure everything added up correctly
• Turn money, register scan, money bag and drawer into office
04/98 – 01/05 Cordova Concrete, Memphis, Tennessee
• Did pre-trip inspections
• Made sure truck was fueled
• Started log book and trip sheet
• Drove to get trailed if it wasn’t pre-loaded the night before
• Sign bill of lading after being loaded and getting weighed
• Drove to customers location (sometimes out of state, AR,LA, KY, MS)
• After empting out, call dispatch for a return load home
• Empty trailer at one of our plants, then head to loading facility to be pre-loaded for the next day
• At end of day, fueled truck and did a post-trip inspection
• Turn in all invoices and, trip sheets and logbook sheets
