I graduated with a Bachelor in English and a Master’s in Education from Texas A&M – Commerce. I
was an English and reading teacher for eighteen years at the Terrell Independent School District.
At the time, I also created the middle school newspaper, as well as the later, the introduction of the
broadcasted version.

Superintendent, Dr. Beverly Burr, as an
Instructional Facilitator, in testing and
