Managed Master Association for The Aberdeen Property Owners Association

consisting of 25-Sub Associations, master clubhouse, and two satellite

pools. Worked with one full time maintenance man. Managed landscaping, and

irrigation for the common property. Managed forty lakes with irrigation

pumps throughout association, including six Lake Worth Drainage District

manner. Analyzed working drawings. Worked harmoniously, and effectively

Supervised construction for this luxury 100 unit condominium overlooking

Narragansett Bay. Once construction was complete, became assistant property

manager, within one year was promoted to property manager. Set up

maintenance programs, worked with vendors within complex, and prepared
