Project Manager

Led projects to investigate new systems and/or upgrades to existing business systems and processes in

facilities nationwide to enable operational efficiencies, standardization, and/or cost savings. Developed

controlled and regulated procedures to ensure the nation's blood supply meets FDA guidelines

and regulations. Worked closely with systems analysts, change integration department, and operations

management; Projects include; Transitioning Clarify to Remedy IT Service Management, Evaluation of

Alternate Residual White Blood Cell Testing Technology, Customer Relationship Management Project-

Donor Relations Management System, eDOCs 2.0 Upgrade, and eDOCs Access on a Tablet.

Established configuration management plans during the validation phase and established a change

management process that included configuration controls that maintained the consistency of

performance and functionality throughout the products life .

Redesigned the process for managing organizational change; implemented improvements in

collections process for appointment scheduling and management of data; consolidated key Human

Resource Information System (HRIS) data and functions into a single enterprise-wide system;
