1. DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF TURN OVER DRILL JIG (Mini Project)
DESCRIPTION: A jig may be defined a devices which holds and located a work
piece guides and controls one or more cutting tools,these are designed
mainly to serve manufacturing time. To maintain consisting is dimensioning
to facilitate quick and easy assembly and also to reduce the cost of
manufacturing .
2. DESIGN OF REEL SPLITTING MACHINE BY REPLACEMENT OF MECHANICAL
DRIVE INTO HYDRAULIC DRIVE DONE AT TAMILNADU NEWSPRINT AND PAPERS LTD,KARUR (Main Project)
DESCRIPTION: the Hydraulic operated reel splitting
machine is carried out which is being used in the manufacturing department
it is specially designed and used for paper cutting purpose. Its cutting
stroke is slower and the return stroke is faster by using hydraulic drive
