OBJECTIVE

To seek the challenging Position in Field of Mechanical engineering:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

1. TECNIMONT.

Worked as Sr.Piping Engineer in their (Integrated Gas Development) IGD

Hapshan 5 project for Gasco in Abu Dhabi. From February 2012 till May

2013.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Assessment of daily Progress of fabrication and fit-up. Review

the test package, approved by the client after inspection,

getting the punch from executing team, and send those punch

point to the concern person of the subcontractor, checking the

weld joint summery inspection the golden joint, co-ordinate

with sub contractor in construction as per the requirement and

priority, in issuing the material.

2. LINDE ENGINEERING INDIA.

Worked as a Principal Engineer in their (Sulpher Recovery Unit

)S.R.U for H.P.C.L (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.). From

June 2011 till January 2012.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Inspection of incoming material, checking T.C as per the

material received. Clearing the IMIR, Inspection of daily

erection and fabrication activity at site and fabrication shop.

visual inspection of welded joint Maintain the record of weld

joint, Drawing and material used.

3. SAMSUNG ENGINEERING.

Worked as a Sr Engineer (piping) in their (MEG) Project for

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd Panipat Refinery. From August 2007

till February 2011.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Inspection the process of cement lining for U/G Piping.

Inspection of grid blasting, cleaning, wrapping-coating and

holiday test for U/G Piping. Weld visual inspection, checking

the electrode at the time of welding, conduct the witness from

EIL. Done PMI for S.S materials. Technical

clarifications/discussion with the vendors. Coordinate with the

field engineering team and vendors with construction team.

4. J.M.E with CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTOR CO. LTD.

Worked as a Sr. Piping Engineer in their Qatar Petroleum Co.

Exp-2 Gas Project at Qatar. From September 2006 till May 2007.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Assessment of daily Progress of fabrication and fit-up. Making

and review the test package, approved by the client, getting

mechanical clearance arrange the hydro test for the package.

5. A Joint venture of TOYO, IDRO, JGC and DIC (TIJD) IRAN.

Worked as a Piping Engineer (Piping) in their South Pars Gas

field Development Phase 6, 7, 8 for Iranian Oil & gas Company

Iran. From February 2006 till August 2006.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Review the piping drawing and discuss with our engineering team

and clear the problems, visual inspection at the site for weld

joints, checking the R.T films with the client, arrange retake

if there is any problem in the weld joint. Making Line history

sheets for the test package to get the mechanical clearance,

offer the packages for mechanical clearance to the client,

6. DAELIM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD.

Worked as a Piping Engineer in their Hydro Cracker Unit

(H.C.U) for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd Panipat Refinery

Expansion project India. From September 2003 till January 2006.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Inspection the line for mechanical clearance like (Checking the

material by the isometric as per the spec, line should match

with the P&ID also, flow checking as per the isometric, support

as per the isometric, flange alignment specially for the

rotating equipment.), and inspect by the pmc or client.

Making/Review the hydro test package, check document require

for the mechanical clearance in the package and get the

Mechanical clearance. After getting the mechanical clearance,

submit the package for hydro-test.

7. PUNJ LLOYD LTD

Worked as a Mechanical Engineer (Piping) in their Sulpher

Recovery Unit (S.R.U) Project for Chennai Petroleum Corporation

Limited Expansion III. From January 2002 to August 2003.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Inspection the piping fit-up, checking the material as per the

isometric, checking the heat no. on the pipe and finings,

Special taking care for S.S piping- material handling,

fabrication, using. S.S tool, purging and checking filler wire.

Make the good co-ordination with client, consultant and sub

contractor. Provide the safe working atmosphere in the workshop

and the site area and taking care for safety. Coordinate with

other department to move the work

8. DAELIM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD.

Worked as a Junior Engineer (Piping) in their D.H.D.S Project

for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd Baroda Gujarat India. From

January 1999 to November 2001.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Fit-up inspection, witness by the client, arranging the spool

line wise and area wise, sending the spool as per the site

requirement. No load motor test, water flushing, air blowing,

and leak test after final box-up in the pre commissioning

activity.
