Address any and all issues of USDA, Production, and Sanitation as it pertains to Quality

investigated and effectively dealt with.
Perform troubleshooting and problem solving relating to quality/food safety parameter issues.

3+ Years Bakery Exp., Some Poultry, and Knowledge of Dairy (cheese making)
