positions as a Supervisor, Shift Superintendent, Assistant
Plant Superintendent, and Plant Superintendent, and was the
youngest Plant Superintendent in the company at that time.
As a Plant Superintendent was responsible for production of
over a workforce of 370 people including 27 members of
Management, yearly production of 325 million square feet of
plywood, and over $100 million in annual product production
revenue.
