Work Experience

Working in ELECON EPC PROJECTS LIMITED as Engineer (Service)

M/s Elecon EPC Projects is into manufacturing of Material Handling

Equipments (MHE) like Belt Weighers, Magnetic Separators Industrial Metal

Detectors, Weigh Feeders.

From 30/05/2012 till Date

Responsibilities include (Service):

. Checking the control panel and verifying the connections as per

drawings.

. To check the Current and voltage readings in the panel and to

see whether is matching within the range of equipment.

. Calibration should be carried out with load and without load and

check whether the flow rate is in said accuracy (In case of Belt

Weigher and Weighfeeder)

. Tuning of search coil with proper sensitivity (In case of Metal

Detector.

. Material load trial has to be carried out and to check whether

the equipment is working satisfactorily.
