Client : Borana Pump- Rajasthan

Tools Used : Pro-Engineer-4, AutoCAD 10.

Responsibilities:

Product Design and Development for Submersible Pump Plastic and Sheet metal parts using scan Data’s.

Product Design and Development of Sheet Metal components.

Team Handling, distribution of work to team, follow-up, QC of the project.

Finalization of the product by client & preparation of parts & installation drawings & shrink wrap models for customer review.

Client : Tata Elexi

Tools Used : UG-Nx6, Pro-Engineer-WF5, Auto CAD 10.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirements for the product, Modeling in, UG-NX/6.

Managing time, Team Handling, distribution of work to team, follow-up, QC of the project.

Finalization of the products by client & preparation of part and assembly drawings for customer review, also for manufacturing.

Manufacturing of mould, follow up, assembly of mould, try out, inspection of part etc.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirements for the products and its function & Part Modeling, Assy. Modeling, and Core- cavity extraction in Pro-E.

Reverse engineering and proto-types components & Tool room operation involves machining with various work order productions.

Work involves as Design Engineer interaction with tool room department & Manufacturing of tool feasibility.

Designing Plastic products with mould layouts and its parts.

Design of Wheel cap & design Core & cavity parts

Input is in the form of 2D sections & reference models of existing parts &.

Engineering changes & concept development as per requirement.

Approval of design by client & preparation of installation drawings & models for customer review.

Critically checking the quality of the parts for functionality, manufacturability, assembly, Fittings etc.
