GSM/CDMA Provisioning Project Description:
GSM/CDMA Service provisioning Master. Scribe is tightly
integrated suite of service provisioning components developed using AR
Remedy suite that enables to manage Network Inventory, IP address, Number
inventory, Trouble Tickets and end to end Service Provisioning fulfillment.
GSM/CDMA provisioning involves order capturing from CRM, provision at
Master.Scribe (Service Order Management features automatic assignment of
activates to responsible groups, automatic notification to users on
workflow activities and tasks, Integration of number inventory for
allocation on Telephone numbers CDMA and GSM) and sending command to HLR
(TP) for activating the service.
Integrating different modules: CRM, TP (Tele Provisioning), HLR is the
Primary Job of Service provisioning (SP).
Trouble Ticketing Project Description:
Master.Scribe Trouble ticketing module is used for tracking actions,
events, and other information about a customer call. Tracking,
notification, and escalation procedures are used to ensure that troubles
are resolved in a timely manner.
Master.Scribe Trouble Ticket has the ability to assign, re-assign, reject
and accept trouble tickets by various Users and user group users.
Accomplishments/Responsibilities:
> Gathering requirement from client for solution document, user
management and security matrix documents, preparing, reviewing and
getting the documents approved by the client with the help of manager.
> Involved in total Implementing & development of GSM/CDMA Service
provisioning from Requirement specification to Service Activation.

Project Description:
InterTrace is a product for rating the cdr's between the
operators .By writing the normalization rules we can normalize the cdr from
different format means different switches cdr's. Based on the rated cdr's
user can generate the Invoices for operators.
Accomplishments/Responsibilities:
> Implementation of Xalted Products for Interconnect Billing.
> Design, and Implementation of Invoice generation and Accounting
Modules for Interconnect.
> Guiding Operations Team to avoid revenue leakage and timely generation
of Bills.
> Design and development support for various processing, analysis and
Business Intelligence Reports for Mediation, Interconnect and
Accounting.

Job Profile/Responsibilities:
. Implement methodologies to improve manage customer perceptions, and
build strong internal relationships
. Develop and maintain formal procedures for consistency and increased
productivity ensuring customer satisfaction.
. Testing new releases and ASOG version upgrades of VFO and EP in Test
environment as well as in Production environment and identify any
issues, before it is turned over to users, to ensure smooth transition.
. Deploy VFO/EP patches and new releases in Test environment.
. Attend weekly call with client and trading partners to discuss any
fallouts and system issues.
. Monitor the status of EP interfaces, VFO, and ticketing system at
specific intervals and open a ticket with Application Support and if any
issues are identified, work closely with developers or IT team to have
the issues fixed ASAP.

Verizon, ATT, Paetec, Qwest, SBC, Alcatel and many more.
. Attending to the clarifications (if any) posted by the LEC. In this
course we need to call LEC (typically via VOIP) and resolve the

. Keep constant communication with the Client (Global Crossing) while
following up of the order till its completion.
. Building up of equivalent Telephone numbers to the ideal Local Routing
Numbers (LRN) into NPAC/SOA

Portability, Loop Installation, Cancellation and Conversion etc. as well
as Order Management.
c) Synchronoss VFO (Virtual front office): Synchronoss VFO is a user
friendly application which allows the Provisioner to issue orders to TP
and manage them efficiently
d) Synchronoss EP (Exchange Path): Synchronoss Exchange Path is a gateway
enables your company to communicate with your internal systems and
external entities regardless of the protocol. This simplifies and
expedites transactions with the companies your organization does business
with.
