HR Management:

• Implementing HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection,

induction, documentation, orientation and development of employees in the

organization.

• Maintaining cordial relationship among employees, creating an amicable &

transparent environment in conjunction with the vision and mission of the

organization.

• Handling of Grievances and Union related matters.

• Protecting the interest of the employees and the company in accordance with

Company’s HR policies and governmental rules and regulations.

• Ensuring Operational Management of HR activities including administrative

Salary Administration talent management and performance Appraisal:

o Co-ordination with engineering departments for approving technical

details.
