My primary responsibility here was to help five teams (as mentioned below)
with their Sharepoint needs and ramp up their use of connect.metlife.com
team sites. My job involved gathering requirements from various teams by
first inquiring their day to day process and identifying areas where
Sharepoint could be used to automate some processes or improve efficiency.
After identification, implementation involved using MOSS 2007 to implement
the features which could need interaction with the Sharepoint Engineering
team for deployment and customizations.

SBS GROUP (Woodbridge, NJ)
(Sharepoint Developer Apr'11-Oct'11)
My primary responsibilities were to work on client projects and maintain
and support SBS internet and intranet portals. Converting in house websites
from MOSS 2007 to SP 2010 was a major project too.
Following are the major client and in house projects and their details.
SCRUM and Agile development processes were followed.
NACHC
This client had a MOSS intranet portal. They had an old solution for
timesheet entry and other employee forms such as leave approval. These
needed major refactoring as the code was unmanageable and the
timesheet entry was not working. We used JQuery controls like JQuery
grid etc. for the new solution.
Timesheet Entry and approval: On submitting timesheet, custom workflow
is kicked off. The timesheet is reviewed by three levels of
supervisors and approved or rejected.
I rewrote the workflow custom workflow using visual studio. Extracted
model out of the code behind and followed DDD principles to simplify
and extend the workflow and other aspects of the solution.
Worked on many other web parts as part of this solution to refactor
them and also add new features.
SBS GROUP
My responsibilities in SBS Group internal projects were:
. Provide day to day support to marketing and business teams.
. Conversion of internet portal to SP 2010. Being the primary person
involved in this endeavor, I upgraded the master pages using
sharepoint designer and also upgraded the solution. I worked with the
infrastructure support person to deploy the final changes, like first
moving the old wsp file to new web application on a new server, mount
content database and then apply all the customizations and the new
2010 version of wsp.
. They had a Partner portal which they moved to BPOS. This was still in
MOSS 2007. Worked on making the look and feel consistent with the new
SP2010 internet site via css and themes.
. They worked on sharepoint Project server 2010 on different server
which needed the same look and feel. Worked on making that consistent
and also helped deploy the final version of Project server.
CRM Clients
There was a major project to make customizations to out of the box CRM
deployment. I wrote jscript files as part of the same effort.
For another customer I used Fetch XML to create reports within CRM.
Environment: C#, asp .net, Sharepoint 2010, Sharepoint 2007, SSRS
Reporting, SQL Server 2008,
SQL Server 2005, SCRUM
THE HENSON GROUP (New York, NY) (Senior
Developer June'08-Apr'2011)
My responsibilities included working on sharepoint and .net projects for
various clients as mentioned below.
BBVA
I worked with winforms to integrate with SCOM. Used .Net framework to
connect to SCOM server and generate Excel reports based on custom
business logic.
Created SSRS reports for SCOM. Invoked the reporting web service from
.net code by passing parameters and then rendering the report.
Environment: C#, Asp .net
Weight Watchers
Created Business Intelligence portal as a proof of concept with
multiple dashboards which was used to display sales statistics against
multiple dimensions in various formats such as graphs, pie charts,
include SSRS reports. This was developed using performance point and
involved developing custom web parts. Silverlight web parts were used
to display user interactive web parts like world map showing sales
across the world and ticker controls showing live statistics.
Environment: C#, asp .net, Sharepoint 2010, Performance Point, SQL
Server 2008, Silverlight
ESPN
I was involved in the project to unify the look and feel of ESPN's
intranet portal with ESPNs internet site.
Environment: C#, asp .net, Sharepoint 2007, WSS 3.0, SQL Server 2005
PROBONO.Net
A service provided to law firms to manage their pro bono work. This
was implemented as a Sharepoint internet application with each new law
firm getting its own site collection. Developed custom branding of the
site and developed custom web parts. I was involved with extending and
maintaining the site.
Environment: C#, asp .net, Sharepoint 2007, WSS 3.0, SQL 2005

agents.
Connotate's product suite also ensures Information Quality Assurance.
Automated reporting features are built into the system to immediately send
alerts whenever any part of the system or extraction process experiences a
