implementing enterprise-wide, IT governance engagements. Majority of my
work has been in the areas of portfolio and process governance initiatives,

Managed Source code Reduction
Designed and Implemented a solution to help non-NAS ATO-IT achieve their
business goal to reduce source code by 5%. The solution included
designing and implementing an automated business process to decommission
software assets. The Application Retirement Process (ARP) is an
enterprise-wide process interacting with four groups of ATO-IT.
> Performed a detailed Technology Impact Analysis of the application
portfolio for ATO-IT's Solutions Delivery group including assessing
the impact of Windows 7.0 rollout on ATO-IT's application inventory.
> Developed roadmaps to refine and align TRM, BRM and SRM with new

Application Portfolio Management Governance
Led and managed APM governance processes for non-NAS ATO-IT application
portfolio in accordance with ECM goal for APM maturity (Gartner APM
maturity level 3). The project objective was to determine application
portfolio usage to keep it current and identify integration points with
other management and governance areas. COBiT framework was adapted to
implement the APM processes. The APM governance was part of the larger IT
Governance project.
