. Setting and Meeting daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
. Deployment of manpower as per skill & process requirement.
. Monitoring the welding, processes and setting parameters for the same.
. Handel overall Quality & production and meeting.

. Managing and guiding team of welders on day to day basis.

. Interaction with PPC, Maintenance & Mfg. Services for related issues
. Maintain the process parameters as per the model / process sheet
requirements.
. Monitor and control consumable cost per chassis as per target of
department.
. Resolve technical faults for field failures in the post-sales stages
. Implementing 5'S techniques for improving workplace layout at various
stages to create more
floor space for better material handling.
. To see the availability of material for shop line and highlight the
shortages to concerned persons for preventing line loss.
. Progress check & change in priority in production scheduling as per
discussing with PPC for priority model.
