Experience AVIATION

Performed heavy A & P overhaul maintenance and repairs and line

maintenance on A,C, D, and S checks on commercial and corporate aircraft.

Knowledge of the makeup, operation, installation, and adjustment of a

variety of major interrelated and/or integrated aircraft systems,

subsystems, and assemblies such as fuel and hydraulic systems, flight

control systems, engines, landing gear assemblies, airframe, and control

surfaces.

Knowledge of a wide variety of parts, components, subsystems, and

assemblies such as pneumatic ducts, fire bottles or similar self-contained

systems. Knowledge of safety regulations, practices, and procedures.

Knowledge of supply procedures, the publication order system, and

documentation procedures. Skill in the use of standard and specialized

tools and test equipment including fixtures, templates, scales, test

stands, and external power sources. Skill in reading and understanding data

and settings from cockpit instruments and gauges. Ability to rig, function

test, or troubleshoot systems; determine when they are operating properly

or whether portions of the system should be repaired or replaced, and the

type and extent of adjustment and alignment needed.

Install, disassemble, troubleshoot, and functionally tests on variety of

aircraft mechanical systems, components, and assembly; such as hydraulic,

oil, fuel, pressurization systems, power plant, flight controls,

pneumatics, air conditioning and auxiliary power units, and landing gear

assemblies. Able to use a variety of manual hand tools such as crimpers,

strippers, wire cutters, heat shrink gun. Able to read understand, and

administrative guides such as technical manuals, technical orders, standard

repairs, blueprints, sketches, and other related documentation. knowledge

of aircraft maintenance manuals, ATA codes, applicable F.A.R.s, and

Apu's, a/c packs, starters, pre-coolers, winglets, main landing gears,

nose landing gears, tires, brakes, rudder, anti-ducts, fire bottles, oxygen

bottles, fan cowls, core cowls, thrust revisers, pylon panels, wing to

body, radom, windows, cargo and passenger crew doors.

Determine the proper tools in support equipment and operational procedures

needed to achieve all task elements from initial assembly to final product

inspection and delivery. Services several oxygen bottles, nitrogen

bottles, landing gear struts, hydraulic systems, engines, and APU's.

I am familiar with pneumatic cart, and hydraulic carts. I have proficient

in preparing an aircraft and for delivery in a timely manner. Perform

Complete fuel injection services, which includes the following three steps:

1. Fuel tank additive 2. Run chemical through vacuum of vehicle to clean

differential services (changing the fluid in the axels).
